Level Billing

The Level Billing program is a program designed to help our customers budget their home heating expenses. Based on a customers monthly purchases, we calculate a set monthly payment amount that is easy for our customers to fit into their budgets.

Pre-Buy Program

The Pre-Buy Program is developed to allow our customers to minimize the impact that the cold winter weather has on LPG (propane) costs. In this program, customers can buy future gallons of LPG use before the price potentially increases due to cold weather.

Degree Day Automatic Delivery Program

The Degree Day Automatic Delivery program, is designed to allow customers the convenience of not having to call and schedule their deliveries as well as offers the peace of mind that they will not run out of fuel during the cold weather. Based on a special mathematical formula that takes into consideration the usage, temperature, and other factors, automatic deliveries are made at a pre-determined increment.
